ABOUT Kristyn
Hello and welcome! My name is Kristyn Roe and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor who started my clinical practice in 2010. I live in the Colorado Rockies near Winter Park with my husband, daughter and 2 dogs in this giant outdoor playground where we hike, snowboard, bike and explore.
When I was in college, I had the opportunity to start my own therapy journey. It was within that therapeutic relationship with my counselor that I discovered the power of vulnerability that leads to healing. As I healed, I began to shift out of survival mode and into a conscious awareness that my life is a gift to be experienced. Maybe you can relate. Has it been a moment since you've been out of "survival mode"?
It's been my great joy to journey with hundreds of people as they discover the opportunity to get free, to stay free. No matter the current circumstances you may be facing, healing is possible.
My clients enjoy a relaxing space full of compassion where you can be seen, known and cared for as we collaborate in walking towards your vision of wholeness.
About
BrooklynN
Hello! I have always been someone who naturally connects with people of all kinds and am intentional about creating safe spaces for everyone to be fully themselves. With a non-judgmental, holistic, and authentic approach, I am rooted in mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and narrative therapy to help guide clients towards meaningful change. I deeply believe in the resiliency of humanity and the transformative power of rewriting our personal stories. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they work toward living a story they are proud to call their own. I have experience supporting clients as they navigate the complexities of life from adolescents to adults of all ages. Whether it’s navigating depression, anxiety, past trauma, relationship issues, and attachment patterns among a variety of other topics. I am honored to support clients as they work through life’s challenges. I offer sessions in person, in our cozy office in Fraser, or via telehealth from the comfort of your own home. I understand the courage it takes to seek therapy, and I consider it a true privilege to engage in this meaningful work together.
Outside of the counseling office, I feel the most alive when I am outside; fly fishing, playing tennis, or on the water. I am also a big fan of trying out fun and vibrant recipes in the kitchen and gathering around the table with those I love. I cherish spending time with my husband and dog and exploring the beautiful backyard of Grand County we get to call home!
